Super Saturday!

We got up bright and early to run the happiest 5K on earth - the Color Run!
Here is our "before" picture!  We wore white shirts and soon ended up very colorful!
It was a beautiful, almost cool morning in Indy.
There were so many people at the event that it took us a little while to get across the start line.  Everyone had a color packet for the end of the race.  Craig got a little impatient in the hour or so that we were waiting, so he opened his blue packet.
The Indy scenery was really pretty!
There were plenty of costumes...white tutus.
...colorful tutus!
After the race!
Craig's tattoo barely visible!
"After!"
Music and more color explosions after the race
Purple sweat
Totally fun!
After a million baby wipes so that we could get in the car and showers at Sarah's house, we were finally clean enough to play with Grayson.  Although Craig's hair was still pretty purple in one area!
Craig had a little help taking an afternoon nap.
Grayson loves his wagon!  I'm pretty sure Craig loved driving him around!
Such a handsome guy.
We finished the beautiful night at an Indians game!  It was a long, fun filled great day!

We got together with some great friends Saturday night.  Turns out Craig and Nolan were twins!
It was almost too hot to sit outside for lunch on Sunday, but we did anyway!  Luckily these flowers nearby didn't attract too many bees.
Sunset behind a barn on our run last night.

Hot week

So it's been hot here lately...real hot.  But we have finally had a break in the three digit temperatures!  90 is the new 80!
I got to spend a few hours with Grayson and Sarah last week.
Grayson was a good sport while we did a little shopping.  He enjoyed my sunglasses while we looked around.

Craig put in a little retaining bed.  It just needs some fresh dirt and plants!
One of my patients wrote my name for me in Arabic.  It is read from right to left.
We took a little road trip over the weekend to Nashville TN!

This was some of the scenery along the way...DINOSAUR WORLD!  I'm sure it is a blast, but I'm not sure I would have paid money to go inside!
The weather was still toasty, but we had a great time!

Plenty of country music and Elvis statues!
So happy to spend the weekend with my husband!
