Moved

This is our view off our front balcony. We haven't gotten to enjoy the pool yet besides me sticking my toes in the water. There is a nice bike/walking path that goes through the neighborhood. So far it has been very quiet here!

We had a great weekend for moving in. The rain held off and it was very cool temps. Carol, Dave, Cori, Craig, and I made a million trips up and down our new apartment steps on Saturday. Craig's friend, John, was nice enough to let us hook up a borrowed trailer (thanks again Brady!) to his truck. We moved everything but the couch on Saturday. Sunday, Chad, John, and Craig got the couch all wrapped up and hauled up the steps. Everything went smoothly and no one got hurt!

I received this beautiful arrangement from Dr. Villarreal on Thursday morning, my last day to work for him. The office really made me feel loved! I am going to miss them. We had lunch out on Wednesday and Thursday, and then dinner at Olive Garden Thursday night! The new hygienist came in and got familiar with the office on Wednesday and then took over my patients Thursday afternoon. My day Friday, at the other office, was good and I'm glad to be done there!

House update: Inspection is scheduled for this Saturday (25th). I'm going there today to pick up a few last things and clean.

Good news...

Quick Update:
We received an offer on our house last Thursday and came to an agreement on the price on Sunday. We are waiting on all the details (inspection, appraisal, financing) before we celebrate, but we are amazed that our house was only on the market for 10 days! The buyers want possession at time of closing, so we are busy packing boxes!

I can't wait till we are settled and can start to enjoy what Bloomington has to offer!

Happy 4th Parade

It was rainy, but we had the perfect place under a tree to sit/stand to watch a really great parade in Bloomington.

Quick week

Our house is officially on the market.

This week has been fast. Craig's grandma Barton passed away and the arrangments were on Wednesday. We were told the end was near and we were able to say our goodbyes last Sunday afternoon. I thought the service was very nice.

Hopefully everyone has a great 4th of July! We will be checking out what Bloomington has to offer.

HaPpY 4tH!
